Manage after-hours on-call rotation and respond within SLAs.
Create and manage project plans with resources, objectives, subtasks, and timelines.
Create and maintain technical docs: SOPs, guides, diagrams, configurations.
Collaborate with IT teams to resolve issues and implement approved changes.

🎯 Requirements

Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s preferred; 5+ years experience.
Cloud Certifications preferred.
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs; Windows Server 2016-2022.
VMware vSphere and Rubrik backup software.
Azure management, deployment, automation; Azure Site Recovery; Okta.
PowerShell; Python; Bash scripting.
