📋 Description

• Lead People Systems integrations for M&A activities.
• Own Workday data migrations and cutover activities.
• Onboard acquired employees into CoreWeave HR tech.
• Configure HR systems for acquired populations, payroll, benefits.
• Manage data validation, testing, and go-live support.
• Partner with Corporate Development and People teams on due diligence.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Information Systems, HRIS, or equivalent.
• 4+ years supporting People Systems or HRIS with Workday.
• Workday configuration: HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking.
• Lead HR systems integrations for M&A activities.
• Workday Studio and Workday Web Services (APIs).
• Global or multi-entity M&A integrations with data governance.
