Systems Engineer, People Support

📋 Description

• Design, implement, configure HR systems, incl. Workday HCM, Payroll, and related platforms.
• Act as SME to drive system enhancements and automation.
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and stakeholders to translate requirements into Workday solutions.
• Manage Workday security roles, user permissions, and compliance configurations.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Configure and maintain Workday business processes, workflows, and integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years supporting HR systems with Workday HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, Payroll.
• Experience with Workday reporting, security, business processes, and integrations.
• Familiarity with EIBs and Workday REST/SOAP APIs is a plus.
• Experience participating in system implementations, enhancements, or optimization initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
