- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Netsuite, Coupa, Workday, Zendesk.
- Experience with API integrations, integration testing, and monitoring.
- Ability to balance short-term needs with long-term quality.
- Strong communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
- Bonus: familiarity with iPaaS platforms and reverse ETL.
