- A customer-first mindset for internal GTM stakeholders and end customers.
- 4+ years as GTM Systems/RevOps/Enterprise Apps Engineer.
- Advanced GTM platforms: HubSpot, Iterable, Hightouch.
- SaaS lifecycle management and GTM concepts (lead routing, scoring, segmentation).
- Advanced technical troubleshooting across integrated SaaS environments.
- Impeccable technical documentation and knowledge base writing.
