• Troubleshoot IAM issues to improve stability and performance.
• Create and maintain IAM documentation.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams on IAM needs.

🎯 Requirements

• IAM experience: 4+ years in IT.
• Directory services and auth: Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect.
• Automation scripting: PowerShell or Python for IAM tasks.
• Cloud IAM knowledge: Azure AD and AWS familiarity.
• Security mindset: IAM security, authZ, and access control.
• Communication and collaboration: strong cross-team skills.
