Collaborate with PLM and Tools teams to enforce traceability.
Coach teams on the 'why' behind processes and gather feedback.

🎯 Requirements

Education: BS/MS/PhD in Systems, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years in developing aerospace systems.
Technical: ARP4754A, DO-178C, DO-254 expertise.
Tools: Experience with requirements mgmt tools (Polarion, DOORS, Jama).
Certification: Civil aviation certification experience.
Regulatory: Familiarity with 14 CFR Part 23/27.
Type Certification: End-to-end experience.
