🎯 Requirements
- 1+ years IT experience supporting Windows endpoints and/or Windows Server.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and certificate management.
- Scripting/automation with Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
- Understanding storage, backups, load balancing, and clustering.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, learn quickly, and work independently with on-call availability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related STEM field.
