- Own in-flight and upcoming platform migrations (M365 and Google Workspace).
- Design migration approaches for mail, calendar, files, chat and identity.
- Manage coexistence periods with dual systems and mail flow.
- Plan cutover activities: MX changes, SMTP swaps, UPN transitions.
- Write PowerShell scripts for Exchange Online, Graph, Entra ID and SharePoint.
- Understand source environments and use tools to analyze data.
🎯 Requirements
- Admin of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Experience delivering tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 migrations.
- PowerShell scripting for Microsoft Graph, Exchange Online and Entra ID.
- Hands-on with Microsoft Migration Toolset and GAM.
- Mail flow, MX cutover, forward/alias configurations.
- Decommissioning Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 tenants with identity downgrades.
