Oversee Microsoft 365 suite: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Defender, Entra ID
Audit systems to ensure design/operation per best practices
Manage Intune for mobile devices; lifecycle management of Teams/SharePoint sites
Administer Exchange Online security (SPF, DMARC, DKIM, anti-spam)
Implement SSO using Azure AD/Entra ID across apps
Manage servers (Windows Server, Linux) and on-prem/cloud virtualization (Hyper-V, Azure)

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in CS or related field
3-5 years in systems administration focusing on M365 E5
Team mentoring or leadership experience
Expert DNS, DHCP, SPF, DMARC, DKIM, SMTP, hosting
Cisco networking experience (routers, switches, firewalls)
DR/HA/BCP expertise
