📋 Description

  • Provide support for local and remote users, including executives.

🎯 Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or 1-3 years IT experience.
  • 1 year PC administration and 1 year IT Help Desk experience.
  • Windows OS expertise and troubleshooting.
  • Microsoft 365 support and management.
  • Networking cabling installation and basic network concepts.
  • ITIL basics: incident/change management; strong communication.
