📋 Description

• Support local and remote users, including executives.

• Understand network topology; coordinate cabling vendors.
• Manage IT service requests; collaborate with IT teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Microsoft 365 / IT productivity platforms knowledge.
• Knowledge of network cabling installation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with ITIL incident/change management.
• Certifications: A+, Security+, Networking or similar.
