Support end-user hardware and software (Windows, Linux, macOS)
Participate in the support of Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows server infrastructure
Assist in administering device management systems (Active Directory, JAMF, Puppet)
Provide support for virtual infrastructure (VMware) and cloud services (AWS)
Maintain backup infrastructure (Veeam)
Configure networking, including firewalls, VPN tunnels, and VLANs

🎯 Requirements

U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph
Bachelor's or associate's degree in IT with 2-5 years experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Security+ or willingness to obtain required certifications
