Systems Administration Manager (Orange, CA - US)

📋 Description

• Supervise Systems Administration team; provide guidance and coaching.
• Prioritize workloads to ensure timely resolution of service requests.
• Maintain documentation and technical processes.
• Ensure networks, telephony, alarms, and security cameras are secure.
• Deploy OS, firmware, and software updates on Windows and Mac.
• Partner with IT Security to meet SOC 2 and NIST standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 7+ years in IT systems administration with 2+ years supervisory.
• Experience configuring enterprise networks and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Windows and macOS system administration and patching.
• Hands-on experience with Datto RMM, Intune, Slack, Zoom, Tableau, and Azure.
• Knowledge of SOC 2 and NIST security standards.
