🎯 Requirements

3-6+ years in incident management / leading cross-functional incident response.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Strong decision-making and creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to monitor multiple information streams in real-time.
Excellent communication; provide updates to stakeholders and coordinate teams.
Experience in program/ops management and incident response; shift-flexible.
