- Own endpoint security lifecycle across the workforce.
- Configure enforcement of CrowdStrike, device controls, and patching.
- Manage access provisioning, revocation, and hygiene.
- Handle security helpdesk, incident response, and escalation.
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and provisioning.
- Maintain policy/compliance evidence for SOC 2/PCI.
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in IT security or related field
- Hands-on endpoint management tools: CrowdStrike, JumpCloud, Jamf, or similar
- Familiarity with identity platforms: JumpCloud, Google Workspace, or equivalent
- Comfortable working across Mac and Windows environments
- Strong operational instincts and ability to close loops
- Scripting/automation experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash) a plus
