- Automate workflows with scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Manage corporate networks, AV, and physical IT infra in multi-use envs
- Independently manage projects and priorities in fast-paced, ambiguous envs
- Strong communication and employee-first mindset delivering great service
- Commitment to leveraging AI tools while maintaining high-quality standards
