- Maintain system integrity through audits, documentation, and proactive monitoring.
- Support integrations between ERP and other business applications.
- Develop integrations and maintain existing ones using the DellBoomi SaaS platform.
- Manage core business applications, user provisioning, and system access controls.
- Provide user support for hardware, software, and account issues.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in systems administration, ERP administration, or business systems support.
- Hands-on experience with an ERP platform (NetSuite strongly preferred, but open to others).
- Understanding of system integrations, APIs, or middleware tools.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a process-improvement mindset.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
