- Support daily SysOps operations and IT tickets via the Service Desk.
- Assist onboarding/offboarding incl. accounts, devices, access.
- Support endpoint management: provisioning, patching, software, compliance.
- Maintain IT asset inventory: update records, custody, stock movement.
- Provide basic troubleshooting for laptops, printers, network, email, VPN, M365.
- Follow up on Service Desk requests/incidents for timely updates and resolution notes.
🎯 Requirements
- Saudi national eligible for the Tamheer program.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in CS, IT, IS, or related field.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, OS, networking, and support concepts.
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoint management, or ITSM tools.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and support daily IT operations in a structured environment.
