- Proven experience leading learning/capability development projects in complex orgs.
- Strong PM skills: planning, stakeholder mgmt, risk mitigation, on-time delivery.
- Strong analytical skills; measure learning impact and data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and influencing; engage stakeholders at all levels.
