😎 Your future position :

  • Drive compliance implementation for our e-money license in France and support the growth of the compliance team in Brazil.
  • Tackle a wide range of responsibilities, including:
  • - Implementing financial security obligations

    - Managing key provider outsourcing processes

    - Developing new product policies

    - Drafting and updating procedures and policies

    - Preparing and submitting regulatory reports

    - Presenting compliance updates to the risk, compliance & control committee

    - Performing 1st-level compliance controls

    - Conducting regulatory watch and delivering training

    ▪ Eventually step into the role of MLRO for Swile Payment

    ✨It will be a perfect match if you have:

  • 10 years + experience, working preferably in a tech / innovative company
  • Expertise on e-money and payment services
  • Curious, proactive and autonomous in the way you drive projects
  • Pragmatic, collaborative and business-friendly mindset
  • Strong interpersonnel and communication skills
  • Excellent drafting skills (key for drafting of our set of procedures/policies, internal presentations and reporting to ACPR)
  • Fluent in English
  • Are a future responsible Swiler: you share our commitments to the environment, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and you are ready to work daily towards both individual and collective performance.
