Analyze MVA trends and complex claims to root causes and actions.
Provide executive oversight of performance, ensuring revenue targets and client outcomes.
Lead capacity planning, organizational design, and resource allocation for scalability.
Standardize processes and tools across WC & MVA for quality and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's in healthcare admin, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
10-15 years in revenue cycle management; 5+ years in senior leadership.
Experience leading large, multi-layered operations and developing senior leaders.
Proven ability to hit revenue targets, forecasting, and efficiency gains.
Cross-functional collaboration with executive stakeholders and client-facing experience.
PE-backed organizations and/or M&A integration experience preferred.
