- Proven success leading enterprise-grade, high-scale platforms in regulated domains.
- Ability to drive executive-level alignment balancing business strategy, customer needs, and technical constraints.
- Comfort operating at both strategic and execution levels, setting vision and delivering with accountability.
- Experience leveraging data and machine learning to drive platform capabilities and differentiation.
- Willingness to travel to partner locations and represent CLEAR at conferences.
