  • Experience recruiting, onboarding, mentoring sales talent.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICCC and Value Selling/Challenger methodologies.
  • Expertise in Salesforce.com, MediaRadar, and sales productivity tools.
  • Strong presentation and relationship skills.
  • Hunter mentality; engage key decision-makers.
  • Manage cross-functional relationships internally and externally.
  • Strong leadership skills.
