- Knowledge of measurement/Adtech preferred.
- Lead 6-8+ salespeople and exceed goals.
- Experience recruiting, onboarding, mentoring sales talent.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICCC and Value Selling/Challenger methodologies.
- Expertise in Salesforce.com, MediaRadar, and sales productivity tools.
- Strong presentation and relationship skills.
- Hunter mentality; engage key decision-makers.
- Manage cross-functional relationships internally and externally.
- Strong leadership skills.
