📋 Description

• Define and execute the strategic vision and growth roadmap for WC & MVA.
• Develop revenue strategies and optimize WC & MVA claims processes.
• Analyze MVA trends and root causes; implement corrective actions.
• Provide executive oversight of performance, revenue targets, and client outcomes.
• Lead capacity planning and resource allocation to enable scalable growth.
• Drive standardization of processes and tools across WC & MVA.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10–15 years in revenue cycle management; 5+ years in senior leadership overseeing complex WC/MVA claims.
• Demonstrated success leading large cross-functional operational teams and developing senior leaders.
• Proven ability to drive financial performance, including revenue targets, forecasting, and efficiency initiatives.
• Experience in private equity-backed organizations and/or leading through M&A integrations preferred.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, payer behavior, and reimbursement methodologies.
