Develop and direct PMO operations and strategic planning to meet organizational goals
Establish and maintain PM policies and framework for project delivery across the Bank
Administer training and development for PMs reporting to the PMO or lines of business
Respond to escalated project issues and coordinate solutions
Monitor project metrics to identify weaknesses and propose improvements
Deliver aggregated project reporting to management and board committees

🎯 Requirements

Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
12+ years of directly relevant experience
5+ years of leadership experience
PMP certification required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
