- Develop and direct PMO operations and strategic planning to meet organizational goals
- Establish and maintain PM policies and framework for project delivery across the Bank
- Administer training and development for PMs reporting to the PMO or lines of business

- Monitor project metrics to identify weaknesses and propose improvements
- Deliver aggregated project reporting to management and board committees
🎯 Requirements
- Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 12+ years of directly relevant experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- PMP certification required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
