📋 Description

  • Develop and direct PMO operations and strategic planning to meet organizational goals
  • Establish and maintain PM policies and framework for project delivery across the Bank
  • Administer training and development for PMs reporting to the PMO or lines of business
  • Respond to escalated project issues and coordinate solutions
  • Monitor project metrics to identify weaknesses and propose improvements
  • Deliver aggregated project reporting to management and board committees

🎯 Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 12+ years of directly relevant experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • PMP certification required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
