- Track and record financial transactions in the general ledger with accuracy.
- Perform month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Manage SPIFF and AP-to-Payroll tracker; resolve payroll queries.
- Cost pass-through expenses (Licensing, Localization, Translations, Hardware) and invoicing.
- Perform P&L fluctuation and budget-to-actual analyses.
- Lead fixed asset accounting, depreciation, and bank reconciliations.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Thorough knowledge of US GAAP.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables).
- Experience with NetSuite preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team with high ownership.
- Excellent written and oral communication; strong multitasking and prioritization.
