to: Director, Localization & LicensingResponsibilities:
- Liaise between Suvoda’sinternaleCOAteams and instrument developers/license holders forquestionnaires
- Liaise between Suvoda’sinternal Technical Solutions and Design teams and 3rd party translation vendorsregardingdevelopment needs and client translationrequirements
- Research license, translation, and eCOArequirements including layout,formattingand appearance on devices.Determinewho the license holder is and how to get in contact.
- Assistwith development of information gathering form to be collected at project outset toassistin licenseresearch
- Communicate and implement all translation and eCOArequirements, and timelines to correct internaleCOAteams
- Manage and update internal reference master guide as needed with license holder requirements for future reference
- Coordinate license holder reviews, as needed
- Supply translation vendor with English .jsonfiles and screen reports for translation
- Receive translated .jsonfiles from translation vendor and provide to the Technical Solutions team forimplementation
- Create screen report documents for each questionnaire by copying and pasting individual screenshot images of each question for a particular questionnaire. The individual screenshot images will be generated by the Technical Solutions team.
- Perform a basic proofread of the screen report documents to ensure all required screen content is present and in the correct order
- Coordinate revisions to the screen report documents and .jsonfiles between the Technical Solutions team and translation vendor, asneeded
- Collaborate with Lead Project Managers regardingtranslation timelinesin order forLead Project Managers to communicate this information to theclient
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degreerequired
- Strong interest in language,researchand desire to join the pharmaceuticalindustry
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Professional communication skills
