Key Responsibilities
- Own and continuously optimize core HR operational processes (onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, data management, etc.) to improve compliance, efficiency, and experience.
- Monitor Romanian labor law changes, ensuring policy and process updates reflect current legal requirements and business needs.
- Serve as a process advisor and compliance partner to HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and global teams.
- Partner with the HRIS team to maintain and enhance systems such as Workday and Charisma, ensuring accurate data, smooth workflows, and effective reporting.
- Lead and execute HR projects (e.g., audits, system improvements, documentation updates) with minimal oversight and full ownership of timelines and outcomes.
- Coordinate with Payroll to ensure HR inputs are reflected correctly in compensation processes.
- Prepare and deliver clear, professional reports and insights to support leadership decisions.
- Act as a key contributor to internal and external audits, ensuring documentation and practices are audit ready.
- Identify process gaps and inefficiencies, recommending and implementing scalable solutions.
- Collaborate globally with HR peers to harmonize processes and practices across locations.
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on policy interpretation, compliance, and procedural steps—serving as a subject matter expert on HR operations.

- Communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally, even under pressure or in complex situations.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, HR compliance, or HR project management roles.
- Strong understanding of Romanian labor law; EU/international HR experience is a plus.
- Track record of owning process execution and leading complex HR initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems like Workday, Charisma, or similar platforms.
- Highly organized, analytical, and execution-driven with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational workflows, maintain documentation, and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills in Business English.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, or related field.
