Sustaining Engineer

📋 Description

• Troubleshoot critical customer issues in Vault CRM products
• Fix bugs in Vault CRM code
• Learn Vault CRM modules to ensure customer success
• Build tools to fix and troubleshoot product issues
• Collaborate with Dev, Support, Product, and QA to resolve issues
• Identify problems that impact multiple customers

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in software support or sustaining for Enterprise products
• Backend development experience with Java
• Troubleshoot and debug web and mobile apps (Java, HTML/CSS, C#, Swift, Objective-C)
• Hands-on SQL querying and data handling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-visibility environments
