Sustainability Designer II

📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate sustainable design strategies for multiple institutional projects.
• Manage documentation for rating systems and standards, primarily LEED.
• Guide the design process through workshops, charrettes, and stakeholder engagement.
• Research materials and approaches to improve health and wellness in projects.
• Facilitate in-house design team and client meetings.
• Perform building energy and life cycle analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Environmental Design preferred.
• LEED AP BD+C required; WELL AP a plus.
• 4+ years of relevant experience required.
• Healthcare, Education and/or Commercial design experience preferred.
• Experience with energy analysis software (eQUEST, EnergyPlus) preferred.
• Experience with life cycle assessment tools (Tally, Athena) preferred.
