🎯 Requirements
- Genuine interest in sustainability and the environment
- Desire to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic numeracy and literacy (GCSE C/4+ in Maths & English)
- Confidence to work independently and in a team
- Strong attention to detail and organised approach
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to get involved
- No formal work experience is necessary
- Willingness to travel for training and occasional UK travel
