📋 Description

• Join Back Market's Impact team on sustainability and public affairs.
• Support B Corp recertification and benchmark progress.
• Develop responsible business practices and supplier onboarding plans.
• Drive internal engagement, events, comms, and philanthropy reporting.
• Contribute to ESG reporting and tech impact monitoring.
• Analyze bills and monitor policy at FR/UK/EU levels.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Sustainability, Public Policy, Public Affairs, Law, or related field.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and research skills; highly organized.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for database management.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear formats.
• Curious about sustainability, ESG, circular economy, and regulatory affairs.
