- Perform boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction staking surveys
- Operate and maintain total stations, GPS/GNSS receivers, and data collectors
- Process field data; create point files and surface data for CAD
- Research plats, deeds, and easements for boundary determinations
- Coordinate with CAD technicians to ensure accurate translation of field data
- Lead field crew operations, equipment logistics, and daily mobilization
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of professional field surveying experience
- Proficiency with total stations, GPS/GNSS equipment, and electronic data collectors
- Ability to read and interpret legal descriptions, plats, and deed documents
- Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record
- Indiana Licensed Land Surveyor (LS) or LSIT actively pursuing licensure
- Construction staking experience for land development projects
