What we’re looking for

We are looking for a full stack software engineering intern to join SurveyMonkey's Engineering team in India. This paid internship opportunity is for 6 months at SurveyMonkey's Bengaluru office within the Mobile Engineering team. 

What you’ll be working on

• Work with SurveyMonkey's mobile applications engineering team under the guidance of senior leadership. 
• Learn the art of developing industry scale mobile applications leveraging state of the art technologies and software engineering best practices.
• Develop software using AI tools that have become an integral part of software engineering at SurveyMonkey.
• Participate in ongoing innovation programs to drive new product ideas.
• Refine communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities in a cross-functional environment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and leadership to share knowledge and best practices.

We’d love to hear from people with

• Completed a B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Possess strong fundamentals in core Computer Science concepts (e.g., data structures, algorithms, operating systems).
• Demonstrate a strong interest in and aptitude for mobile application development.
• Self-starter with a high degree of motivation and ownership.
• Curious mindset with a demonstrated passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
• Excellent problem-solver with an ability to quickly grasp new technologies.

SurveyMonkey believes in-person collaboration is valuable for building relationships, fostering community, and enhancing our speed and execution in problem-solving and decision-making. As such, you will be required to work from a SurveyMonkey office for up to 5 days per week.
