📋 Description

• Own surrogate strategy; improve approach and measurement.
• Build surrogate relationships with creators and public figures at scale.
• Oversee surrogate campaigns from briefing to post-analysis.
• Lead content strategy; guide creators on messaging.
• Define KPI framework; track reach, engagement, donations.
• Manage and coach a two-person Surrogates team.

• 6+ years influencer/surrogate experience.
• Autonomous with strong project management and rigor.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with creators (podcasters, journalists, Substackers, YouTubers).
