🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in Lapping, Polishing or Grinding.
- Knowledge of Lapping/Polishing/Grinding equipment and components.
- Experience with surface metrology; WLI; AFM is a plus.
- Experience in DOE, SPC data analytics; hands-on polishing setups.
- Effective data communication to audiences.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; travel for international training 1–2 months.
