Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders to share best practices.
Manage territory and support existing customers.
Complete HIPAA/PHI privacy training within 30 days; use QlikView and Salesforce.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2+ years in Call Center (inbound/outbound).
2+ years of sales experience.
Background in medical or biological sciences preferred.
Outgoing, with strong oral and presentation skills.
Strong MS Excel and data analysis skills.
