What does a day in the life as a Sales Development Team Lead look like?

  • The person's focus is sales coaching and driving sales performance.
  • They should have experience specifically managing SDR teams/workflows rather than just general sales experience.
  • They should excel in coaching a team.
  • They should have a proactive approach to identifying issues and helping the team level up their sales skills.
  • What are the required qualifications for a Sales Development Team Lead?

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in the same role
  • Experience specifically managing SDR teams/workflows
  • Results-driven & competitive nature required
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Good time management ability with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn and understand new products and technology
  • Experience and demonstrated success in both inbound and outbound SDR roles
  • Can start ASAP
