This is a hybrid position at The Foundry, BGC, Taguig City (at least 2 times a month onsite).

We are seeking a Marketo Specialist to join our team and help drive the day-to-day tactical marketing operations under the Head of the Marketing Operations Core Team. The ideal candidate has a passion for Marketo admin-related work and an understanding of marketing platforms and their functions related to marketing operations work, with a proven ability to develop, execute, and track campaigns that support our business objectives.

What does a day in the life of a Marketo Specialist look like?

  • Support the day-to-day tactical marketing operation standpoint, basic reporting, ad-hoc reporting, developing strategy, performing upkeep on the Marketo platform, etc.
  • Marketo Administration/Program Management:
  • Support day-to-day management of the Marketo platform, including creating and updating programs, campaigns, traffic managers, and flow.
  • Set up and manage email marketing campaigns to prospects, including segmentation, scheduling, and tracking.
  • Quality Assurance
  • Conduct thorough testing of emails, landing pages, and forms to ensure functionality and deliverability
  • Identify and troubleshoot any issues or errors in campaigns, and workflows after completing program-building requests.
  • Day-to-Day Tactical Tasks:
  • Program/Campaign Building and QA
  • Event/Webinar/Lead list imports
  • Email segmentation/construction and Testing and QA for prospects
  • Marketo Webinar Construction
  • Collaborate with the various cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing operations strategy.
  • What are the required qualifications of a Marketo Specialist?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce CRM).
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Power BI)
  • Knowledge of email marketing, lead nurturing, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proven experience in a marketing/Marketo specialist role, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with SaaS renewal operations, digital technology product lines
  • Outstanding communication, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess business needs and customer personas.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple programs, campaigns, or initiatives.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer success.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best Marketo management practices.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
