  • Experience with APIs and VOIP in development or support.
  • Analytical skills with data tools: Splunk, DataDog, Snowflake, SQL, Tableau.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills to advocate for customer needs.
  • Nice to have: project management, scripting in Python/Java/Node.js, UX principles.
