  • Collaborate with teammates to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and product knowledge.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in a customer support role.
  • Experience with Zendesk or a similar contact management system.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish fluency is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
