- Own subscription and billing issues from first response to resolution.
- Provide clear, empathetic communication when customers face sensitive billing issues.
- Triage issues to decide if they are resolved in Support or escalated.
- Partner with Finance on invoicing, POs, tax/VAT questions, refunds, and reconciliations.
- Partner with Engineering on billing bugs, product edge cases, entitlements, tooling gaps.
- Track escalations to completion and provide proactive status updates.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 2+ years in customer support, billing ops, revenue ops, or similar.
- Experience with subscription billing platforms (Stripe, Chargebee, or similar).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Pylon, Intercom, etc.).
- Excellent written communication and judgment for sensitive billing issues.
- Strong attention to detail; manage billing across multiple systems.
- Triage ambiguous issues; determine next steps and drive resolution.
