  • Work directly with customers via support tickets to resolve account, billing, and product issues.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of customer support experience.

  • Excellent communication and proactive approach.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Strong time management and ticket triage skills.
  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
