- Office presence in downtown Toronto with hybrid schedule (2x per week).
π― Requirements
- 2-4 years in technical/application support (SaaS/e-commerce/enterprise).
- CS background preferred (B.Tech/M.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc IT/M.Sc IT).
- Ticketing tools: Freshdesk preferred; Zendesk, Salesforce, ServiceNow; HubSpot a plus.
- APIs/webhooks understanding; Postman/Insomnia for API testing.
- Ability to read code in Python or JavaScript.
- SLA/KPIs knowledge (FRT, AHT, CSAT) and focus on customer outcomes.
