  • Keep Zendesk working for the team
  • Design, maintain Zendesk views, macros, routing, SLAs, and triggers
  • Set up automations to reduce manual checks and ensure correct queueing
  • Continuously improve workflows; review queues and metrics
  • Collaborate with Support Engineers; coordinate with Product/Engineering
  • Internal tooling role; not customer-facing

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Zendesk admin or power user experience
  • Knowledge of priorities, SLAs, escalations, backlog
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Comfortable part-time remote work in Poland
  • Nice to have: prior Support Ops or Zendesk admin experience
