- Zendesk admin or power user experience
- Knowledge of priorities, SLAs, escalations, backlog
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable part-time remote work in Poland
- Nice to have: prior Support Ops or Zendesk admin experience
