  • Own the support tech stack end-to-end: config, troubleshooting, docs.
  • Lead AI deflection and internal copilot initiatives across channels.
  • Ensure reliable systems through cross-functional partnerships.
  • Maintain operational reporting and data hygiene.
  • Design and document support workflows and escalation paths.
  • Collaborate with Support Eng, Revenue, Product, Marketing on tooling.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years admin/ops experience with Intercom/Zendesk/Freshdesk/HubSpot.
  • Experience with AI tools in support: chatbots, deflection, copilots.
  • Comfort with JSON/HTML/CSS/JS or eager to learn with AI help.
  • Experience with automation tools: Zapier, Make, or similar.
  • Strong documentation and cross-functional communication skills.
  • SaaS/Support background in high-volume ops.
