🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Support Operations, GTM or Revenue Ops.
  • 3+ years hands-on with a support tech stack; Intercom a plus.
  • Proven AI chatbot or automated flow experience with measurable impact.
  • Experience integrating support tools with CRMs, QA tools, knowledge bases, and WFM.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Zapier and N8N.
