  • Hands-on with Intercom, Zendesk, or Freshdesk ticketing workflows
  • Bonus: experience with AI-powered tools like Fin or Zendesk AI
  • Led cross-team projects and coordinated stakeholders
  • Data-driven; identifies bottlenecks and fixes processes
