  • 10+ years in total; 2+ years leading technical support teams.
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise customers in complex software.
  • Strong DevOps, CI/CD, and build engineering background.
  • Kubernetes, Docker, Helm; Maven, NPM, Gradle; Jenkins, GitHub, Artifactory.
  • Linux systems and troubleshooting; Databases, LDAP, Apache, Tomcat, NGINX.
  • Programming in Java, Python, Go, Groovy, Bash.
  • Leadership and customer skills: coaching, English communication, prioritization.
  • Preferred: DevOps/cloud tooling, customer success, or enterprise architecture exposure.
