- Linux systems and troubleshooting; Databases, LDAP, Apache, Tomcat, NGINX.
- Programming in Java, Python, Go, Groovy, Bash.
- Leadership and customer skills: coaching, English communication, prioritization.
- Preferred: DevOps/cloud tooling, customer success, or enterprise architecture exposure.
